This column heads into the latest matchweek having already landed 25 accumulators this campaign from 77 bets.
This week, I am back with two accumulators, one for Saturday’s games and another for Sunday. Both accas are with bet365.
As ever, we’ll keep you updated week-by-week on the running success of this page, proving to you that this is the best place to come for your Premier League tips.

Saturday’s acca kicks off with Liverpool beating West Ham at the London Stadium in the day’s early kick-off.
Liverpool’s form has taken a dip of late with losses to Crystal Palace and Everton, plus a draw with Manchester United. However, the Reds, who recently welcomed back key man Trent Alexander-Arnold, are heavy favourites for this game. Jurgen Klopp’s side have lost just three away league games across 2023/24 – versus Everton, Arsenal and Tottenham – while West Ham are winless in their last four home outings despite facing Burnley and Fulham in that period.
Next up is Aston Villa to beat Chelsea at Villa Park. Unai Emery’s side have a superb record when playing at home this season, winning 12, drawing two and losing just three. Chelsea, on the other hand, have been pretty poor when not at Stamford Bridge under Mauricio Pochettino. The Blues have picked up just five away wins in 16 attempts and are winless on the road in four despite playing 20th-place Sheffield United in that run.
Our third pick for Saturday is Newcastle to beat Sheffield United at St James’ Park. Newcastle’s home record in the first half of 2023/24 was not great but they are now unbeaten in their last five outings when playing in the North East. Sheffield United, meanwhile, are dead bottom of the division and have won just one of their 16 Premier League away games this term.
Saturday’s acca is rounded out by Manchester United beating Burnley at Old Trafford. Burnley’s only wins when away from Turf Moor this campaign have come against fellow strugglers Sheffield United, Luton and Fulham. And while Manchester United’s home record is by no means impressive, they are still very likely to see off the Championship-bound Clarets this weekend.

Sunday’s treble kicks off with Bournemouth beating Brighton at the Vitality. After struggling to pick up any points at home early in the campaign, the Cherries are now unbeaten in their last five.
As for Brighton, they have secured three points on just four occasions when away from the Amex in 2023/24. The Seagulls’ only away victory of 2024 so far came vs Sheffield United in February, with their last away win before that coming all the way back on November 25 versus Nottingham Forest.
Speaking of Forest, we are backing them to lose to Manchester City on Sunday. It should be a fairly routine win for the Sky Blues, who sit 2nd in the home-form table and have not lost a Premier League game to the Reds since 1995.
Sunday’s bet is rounded out with Tottenham and Arsenal’s tie to see both teams score and there to be over 3 cards shown.
Ange Postecoglou’s side have scored in all but two of their 32 Premier League games played so far this season, while Arsenal have blanked just five times in 34 outings. The Gunners have also averaged 3.2 goals per game in their previous five away fixtures, with Tottenham netting an average of 2.2 times in their last five home ties.
As for the over 3 cards, this fixture has always been great for those who favour a card bet. The meeting earlier in the campaign saw seven yellow cards handed out. The two matches between the north London rivals last season, meanwhile, produced four (three yellows and one red) and six cards respectively.

Premier League Outright Tips
A new Premier League season is upon us, and we look set for another blockbuster season from the most watched league in the world! Arsenal picked up the first piece of silverware of the season by claiming the Community Shield, could that be the building block for Mikel Arteta’s men to bring down Manchester City’s castle? In this article I take a look over outright markets which I think might pose a bit of value over the course of the season as single bets.
As to be expected Manchester City dominate a lot of the markets and are short prices in many areas such as ‘To Lift The Trophy’ where they are priced at 5/6 with Bet365 and player markets like the golden boot where Erling Haaland is 4/6 to score the most goals in the league. The golden glove is also laced with City favouritism with Ederson coming in at evens and you will find Kevin De Bruyne leading the market for the top assists at the end of the season at 11/4 with Bet365. These sorts of prices don’t inspire me over the course of a season, I want something a bit juicier…
PFA Player of the Year - Rodri 50/1
I have gone for a bold shout with my PFA Player of the Year so if you are taking a punt with me I definitely recommend small stakes. Rodri was a colossal figure for Manchester City last season and scored the goal that completed their famous treble against Inter Milan in the Champions League final. When I watched City play last season I felt the player most in control of everything was Spain’s holding midfielder and his influence in front of an already strong back-line is going to make City a horrible prospect for every team this season.
With Gundogan having left there is a void left in the middle of the park but I have a feeling we will see Rodri step up and own this Manchester City midfield and turn it into his own beast, allowing the likes of De Bruyne who is coming towards the backend of his career and Bernardo Silva to flourish. Rodri now plays the role of the Busquets ‘Barcelona era and he plays it very effectively and with limited minutes for Kalvin Phillips last season it showed how vital he is to this teams success. With the additions City have made to their defence I expect them to be conceding a lot less goals this season and I think Rodri will marshal the middle of the park and dictate the tempo. Much like Kante at Leicester City in 2016/17 where a holding midfielder picked up the award I am thinking that there will be some sort of appreciation for the role of Rodri.
Manchester City to win Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup and League Cup 70/1
Last season Manchester City completed a famous treble but could they take it one step further this season? Their new backline looks to be a wall that is going to be very difficult to break down with the addition of Josko Gvardiol and Joao Cancelo coming back into the team offers some more creative options again from the full-back positions. I had my doubts about their midfield having the same levels as last season but City at 70/1 to win all four trophies has certainly caught my eye with Pep looking for legacy at the Etihad Stadium.
Top Assists Trent-Alexander Arnold 8/1 with Betway
The clear market leader is Kevin De Bruyne but I have questions over his fitness and whether Pep will look to rotate KDB more next season. Last year De Bruyne was hampered by injuries and coming into the twilight of his career I think we will see his minutes in the Premier League potentially reduced and used for more important games. For me there looks to be some value in another assist king in Trent Alexander-Arnold at 8/1. We already saw at the backend of last season that TAA could be taking up a new role within the team in the middle of the park and for England we even saw him operating as a number 8. He clearly thrived in the role with his vision, and with Liverpool having sold Milner, Henderson, Keita and Fabinho in the summer transfer window there is now a massive void left in the midfield area.
