VIDEO: Was this a cross or a shot? Whatever it was, Theo Walcott's effort was laughably bad

What in God’s name was this from Theo Walcott? The Arsenal forward clearly got a bit ahead of himself during the club’s 3-1 win over Bournemouth yesterday when he attempted this effort. Be it a cross or a shot, it was equally terrible. Gooners won’t mind too much as long as Walcott keeps delivering the goods the majority of the time. He did that against the Cherries.
Celebrating the birth of his daughter, Walcott was given the opportunity to try out the cradling celebration when he scored his ninth goal of the campaign. After already equalling his tally from last season, Arsene Wenger will be hoping he can better his personal best of 21, from the 2012-2013 campaign. For now, he’s taking it one game at a time.
The England international even has an extra incentive to get that tenth goal. He said after the game: “I want to get ten so I can get a coffee machine for Christmas from my wife. She said ‘if you get ten goals before Christmas I’ll buy you this coffee machine.’ So I can’t wait for that and hopefully it will happen.” A modest prize for the multi-millionaire.
