The 21-year-old winger had last month reportedly completed a medical and agreed personal terms with the North London club, only for a deal to be pulled due to boardroom changes at the Ligue 1 club as well as the structure of the payments.

But according to Sky Sports, a deal to take the Frenchman to White Hart Lane has been resurrected, whilst the report also claims that a deal is close to completion.

It is believed that Spurs forward Clinton N’Jie would move the opposite way, as part of any agreement which is reached.

Tottenham have already completed the signings of Dutch forward Vincent Janssen, and midfield enforcer Victor Wanyama this summer.

Spurs boss Maurcio Pochettino had expressed his interest in adding more firepower to his squad, and the signing of french starlet N’Koudou will certainly help.
