Tottenham to make audacious move for Real Madrid star as Spurs look to bank £45m from trio salePublished August 30, 2016
Tottenham are readying a bid for Real Madrid bit-part player Isco with Mauricio Pochettino looking to sell three first-team stars to help balance the books according to the Daily Mirror.
Pochettino yesterday banked £13m from the sale of Nacer Chadli to West Brom, a Baggies club record sum, whilst Ryan Mason looks likely to complete his £8m move to Hull City imminently.
Tottenham are also set to pocket upwards of £25m from the sale of Son Heung Min, with Wolfsburg offering the South Korean a route back to the Bundesliga.
Zinedine Zidane has already made it clear he doesn’t wish to lose Colombian attacker James Rodriguez, the South American himself already warming the Bernabeu bench, and this may well lead to a likely sale of Isco.
The former Malaga man has struggled to make an impact in the Spanish capital and has fallen behind the likes of Lucas Vasquez and Marco Assensio in the Real Madrid pecking order and may be tempted by a move to White Hart Lane.
