Roberto Firmino set for World Cup makeover following inspiration from Brazil legend
Liverpool sensation Roberto Firmino is set to change his appearance for the 2018 World Cup in Russia, although he will hope the conditions aren’t too cold!
Firmino has modeled the ice-gem look for some time but has admitted he’s looking to undergo an overhaul prior to the World Cup in a couple of months.
After his formidable form at Anfield, which has seen him score 21 goals and contribute further with nine assists, he has already sealed his place in the Selecao squad – with manager Tite confirming he is one of 15 picks he has already decided on.
And Firmino wants to mark the occasion with a new look!
In an interview with SporTV, the former Hoffenheim midfielder said he is considering switching up his hairstyle and likely going bald, channelling his inner Ronaldo, one of Brazil’s greatest ever players.

If he can provide half the genius Ronaldo did at 2002 World Cup in South Korea, Firmino will be doing great. Brazil were victorious that year and are currently 5/1 with bookmakers Coral.

It remains to be seen whether Firmino will be Brazil’s No.9 for the World Cup or if Tite will give the number to Manchester City’s Gabriel Jesus should he be selected after returning from months out injured.
