Report: Bayern Munich boss Carlo Ancelotti approaches Arsenal and Chelsea target
Bayern Munich manager Carlo Ancelotti has stepped up his pursuit of Chelsea and Arsenal target Corentin Tolisso with reports suggest the Italian called the player directly.
According to Foot 365, Ancelotti made the personal approach to the Lyon man, who has been linked with a move away from the Ligue 1 club this summer.
It is believed that both Arsenal and Chelsea are closely monitoring the Lyon midfielder’s situation, but Ancelotti is adamant he wants his man.
Since Juventus dropped their supposed interest in Tolisso, Bayern Munich have become the front-runners.
The Bundesliga giants are also said to be open to offers for Portuguese midfielder Renato Sanchez, who join the club last summer from Benfica but failed to make much of an impression in his debut season.
