Real Madrid set sights on £210m Trio as Zinedine Zidane makes massive summer transfer plans
Real Madrid’s Álvaro Morata made the switch to Chelsea, forcing Los Blancos to search for new talent in the attacking third.
Monaco’s Kylian Mbappe scored 21 goals in Ligue 1 and the UEFA Champions League last season, and being targeted by all the top clubs in Europe. Real believe the 18-year-old could have a bright future at the Bernabéu, as the rising star showed great success last season, helping his side win the French league.
Zinedine Zidane could step up his interest in Mbappe, after praising the French striker who had an incredible breakthrough season last year.
‘Mbappe is very good. He’s a talent of 18 years and has personality,’ said Zidane.
Marca stated Monaco demand Real pay £170m for Mbappe. The giant price tag may prevent the Spanish giant from closing a deal this summer, and already looking at a couple potential alternatives.
Sassuolo’s Domenico Berardi could be an option, after the Italian striker scored nine goals in 22 games in Serie A.
Ajax’s Kasper Dolberg scored 23 goals in 48 matches last season, helping the club reach the Europa League Final. He’s believed to have a great potential and would be a low-cost solution.
