PSG set to make £50 million move for Premier League star
As we all know, Paris Saint Germain aren’t short of a bit of cash.
The Qatari owned club have been known to splash the cash on several occasions over the past few years, and now they’re reportedly lining up a huge move for one of the Premier League’s biggest talents.
According to the Mirror, with manager Unai Emery under increasing pressure at PSG, the club are keen on signing Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli, for a whopping £50 million.
PSG, who haven’t had the best of campaigns so far this season, currently sit in 3rd spot in Ligue 1 table, four points off the top.
They look a shadow of their former selves this season and have struggled to replicate the form which saw them win four Ligue 1 titles in a row.
With that being said, the Mirror are claiming that the club is prepared to splash out on some big names in January to boost their chances of retaining the title.
England midfielder Dele Alli is one of those big names and is expected to be offered a lot more than the £60k-a-week Tottenham are currently paying him on his new deal.
Apparently, PSG are keen on bringing Alli to the French capital and believe that a move for the Spurs star is feasible.
