Premier League star is a 'dream' signing for Napoli
Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis claims it would be a ‘dream’ to bring Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic to the Stadio San Paolo, per Sky.
The 35-year-old Swede joined United in the summer on a free transfer after four successful years with Paris Saint-Germain. He signed a one-year deal with the option of a second but as of yet has not decided on his future.
Ibrahimovic had spells in Serie A with Juventus, Inter and Milan, successfully winning the title with each of them, and De Laurentiis admitted he is keen to bring him back to Italy, even without mentioning his name.
“My dream signing? I always try to go forward with what I have,” he said.
“One that I would like, though, is that giant who is at Manchester United now. I had him as a dinner guest in Los Angeles and he’s incredibly nice, even though he always seems angry.
“You know the one I’m talking about, right?”
The striker is the Red Devils’ top scorer with 15 goals this term.
