Controversial television presenter and well known Arsenal fan has received a backlash for appearing to offer President of the United States Donald Trump the manager’s job at the Emirates Stadium.
Morgan, a staunch supporter of the #WengerOut campaign, which demands Gunners boss Arsene Wenger leave the club he took charge of in 1996, claims he is a close friend of Trump and was speaking to him for an interview on ITV.
GRAB THIS CORAL OFFER
He tweeted a picture of himself holding an Arsenal home shirt with ‘Trump 45”, signifying the fact he is the 45th leader of the free world.

The moment I invite President Trump to be Arsenal's new manager - because he'd build a strong defensive wall, have an attacking philosophy & want to win big trophies at all costs.

Understandably, many fans weren’t best pleased by Morgan’s obvious attempt at a joke. But it was a response from an Arsenal player which caught the eye. Hector Bellerin probably summed it up best.
