Tottenham are a club on the brink of crisis after their Carabao Cup defeat to League Two side Colchester United on Tuesday night. Mauricio Pochettino’s future is in doubt and there are real issues mounting as they find themselves off the pace in the Premier League and yet to win in the Champions League. It stands to reason that their bitterest rivals Arsenal would stick the knife in somewhat, but one source of the trolling is rather surprising, while it has left Gunners fans in hysterics.
Eagle-eyed supporters saw on Instagram that Aubameyang, their top scorer this season, had ‘liked’ a post asking if people were laughing at Spurs. It has been a tough few months with the Champions League final, during which they were beaten by Liverpool. Though they finally spent big money, breaking their transfer record to bring in Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele, there were issues with outgoings.
