Monaco star 'not afraid' to leave the club this summer
Monaco star Kylian Mbappe insists he is not afraid to leave the club this summer, as the race to sign him hots up, per The Sun.
Mbappe, 18, has been in red hot form this season, helping his side to the Ligue 1 title and the Champions League semi finals.
According to reports in France, Manchester United have already launched a bid for him, while Real Madrid are also tracking his progress.
The player himself admits he will prioritise playing regular football before making a decision on his future, but does not fear the prospect of a new challenge.
Mbappe said: “Why play less? I’ll have time to reflect on that and no, I’m not afraid to leave.
“The advice of [Deschamps] counts. That will not guide my choice, but it will count.
“I do not think I will go to his office to ask. But there’s plenty of time to think about all this. There are important matches for Frances.”
