Mohamed Salah set to leave Liverpool at the end of the season

Liverpool’s star winger Mohamed Salah could be set to leave the club at the end of the season according to his agent.

The player joined from Roma in a £35million deal in the summer having moved to the Italian giants from Chelsea having been judged as a flop.

Though, the player has shown this season that he has what it takes to perform in the Premier League and has been one of the star players for both Liverpool and one of the best players in the English top flight.

While you would expect Salah to feel right at home on Merseyside with his current form, the Egyptian could actually be looking to make his way out of the club next summer.

That is because one of Salah’s guests for the Chelsea game has revealed what the players’ agent told him about a potential move and it looks as though he could be on his way to La Liga.

“Mohamed Salah is currently an institution with a back-end working efficiently to get the best out of the player,” Abbas tweeted.

“Salah highly respects those in charge of this institution and as I have talked with his agent, we agreed that Salah should stay at Liverpool until the end of the season.”

“If he scored 20 goals in all competitions this season, his price could rise up to 150 million Euros.”

“Most probably the upcoming destination for Salah will be La Liga,” he added.

Could a move to Real Madrid or Barcelona at the end of the season be a real possibility? Only time will tell but if he continues to impress as he has been doing, there will be no shortage of suitors in the Spanish top flight.
