Manchester United look to complete deal to sign £150m pair before summer transfer window slams shut
Jose Mourinho is focused on bringing the Premier League title back to United, and fighting to land two more big signings before the end of the summer transfer window.
The Portuguese boss has not given up on Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale and could make a £100m bid, according to the Sun.
The Welshman’s fitness has been an issue after suffering several injuries, however, Zinedine Zidane still appears to want the winger to remain at the Bernabéu. Bale has also insisted he is happy in La Liga, and not looking for a return to the Premier League anytime soon.

Mourinho admitted a deal would be very difficult, however, he’s urging his bosses to splurge for the striker. Bale could be the difference maker for the club, adding the likes of Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku.
Danny Rose has also sparked Manchester United’s attention, making all the headlines. The Tottenham defender was fined two weeks’ wages after his outspoken interview where he insisted his club needs two or three world class players and admitted to be open to a move.
Spurs chairman Daniel Levy could be willing to let the 27-year-old play for the northern club. The Red Devils are favourite to land Rose, which could be part of an exchange involving Luke Shaw.
