Man United, Man City and Chelsea all in for Real Madrid star
Manchester City and Chelsea have reportedly entered the race for one of Real Madrid’s outbound players while Manchester United have an edge over their rivals.
It broke over the weekend that Manchester United had agreed a deal in principle with Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez ahead of a summer move to Old Trafford.
In the days following that news, there have now been suggestions that two of Manchester United’s rivals have joined the race for Rodriguez, with Man City and Chelsea both exploring the possibility of signing the Colombian.

The independent explain how Man City boss Pep Guardiola has been dropping hints over a possible move for the player when the transfer window opens.
They report that Pep explained that the player no doubt succeed in the Premier League.
Elsewhere, reports in Spain refuse to rule out Chelsea’s involvement in any potential transfer chase of James Rodriguez.
Safe to say, the race for his signature will not be as simple as first thought.
