Man United look to complete Amazing £200m spending spree with Shock Move to Sign Arsenal & Tottenham stars
Manchester United are not finished with the summer transfer window and looking for another big signing within the Premier League. Jose Mourinho has his sights on bringing Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to the club.
The 24-year-old midfielder has entered his final year of his contract and could find himself joining another big English club this summer. While Chelsea remain the front runners to land the Arsenal star, Mourinho could spark another summer battle with Antonio Conte.
The England international started in the Premier League opener against Leicester, and remains a valuable player for Arsene Wenger. Oxlade-Chamberlain scored two goals and had seven assists last season, as the club finished fifth.
United have also been pursuing Tottenham’s Danny Rose. The Spurs defender wants to leave White Hart Lane, and seeking a move to Manchester. The 27-year-old made an outspoken attack against his club last week, questioning Tottenham’s lack of ambition. He hinted he would be open to offers if other clubs came which opened further speculation over a move to Old Trafford.

However, the Express reported Manchester United have ‘pulled the plug’ on Rose, as Spurs Chairman Daniel Levy said the defender is not for sale. Levy prevented the £45m transfer of full-back Kyle Walker to Manchester City earlier this summer, hoping to challenge once again for the Premier League title.
