Liverpool’s draw with Tottenham on Sunday afternoon was shrouded in controversy as the visitors were awarded two penalties at Anfield.
The game ended 2-2, with Mohamed Salah’s brace being cancelled out by a Victor Wanyama thunderbolt and Harry Kane’s stoppage time spotkick. But the Spurs talisman had missed one earlier in the game.
@FA Any statement after the linesman celebrating the award of a penalty for Spurs against Liverpool today? Any statement on the match fixing in favour of Spurs against Liverpool today?

TAKE THIS OFFER!!
New Reds signing Virgil van Dijk was adjudged to have fouled Erik Lamela just moments after Salah had given the hosts the lead in stoppage time. Jurgen Klopp couldn’t believe it as Kane stepped up and righted his earlier wrong.
But an alleged fist pump in celebration from the linesman who helped award the spotkick has riled Liverpool fans.
As a result of this game, both teams are still well in the race for Champions League football, but Spurs are still behind Chelsea, who travel to Watford on Monday evening.
