Inter’s Marcelo Brozovic found a rather unorthodox way of defending a freekick from Barcelona’s Luis Suarez on Wednesday, much to the injured Lionel Messi’s amusement.
The Nerazzurri were back at Camp Nou for the first time since their Champions League semi final win in 2010, but the 2-0 defeat leaves them trailing in this season’s group stage.
Goals from Rafinha, who spent time on loan at Inter just last season, and Jordi Alba sealed the win. But Brozovic’s way of deflecting a low set piece by Suarez left many, including Messi, seeing the funny side.

Victory in Milan in two weeks could all but secure top spot in Group B for Barça, but they will be sweating on the fitness of Messi. He injured his arm in the weekend’s 4-2 win over Sevilla and is set to miss around three weeks.
Unfortunately for the Blaugrana, he will certainly be forced to sit out El Clasico on Sunday, as Real Madrid come to town.
