Whilst it appears only a matter of time until Juventus star Paul Pogba departs the club for a world record transfer fee, it seems that the Serie A giants are certainly well equipped to deal with his departure.
The Bianconeri have been planning for the Frenchman’s move away from the club for some time now, and have made some excellent signings, with other star players seemingly on the way.
The club have added quality to their defence without splashing the cash, with the likes of Dani Alves joining from Barcelona on a free transfer, and Medhi Benatia signing on loan from Bayern Munich.
But there has been big money spent further up the pitch, as the club appear to already be putting the £100m+ that they will receive from the Pogba deal to good use.
Bosnian midfielder Miralem Pjanić has signed for the club for a fee of around £28m, whilst Croatian starlet Marko Pjaca has joined from Dinamo Zagreb for £20m.
But Juve boss Massimo Allegri is not stepping there, with the biggest deal of all still to come.
It is understood that Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuain has all but agreed his move to Turin, and it is believed that Juve will pay a club record £75m to prize the striker away from Napoli.
Whilst the Serie A giants will of course be losing something special in Pogba, the squad they appear to be moulding with the money they will receive from his transfer is quite terrifying, and it can be argued that Juve look better now, then they did this time last year.
Paul Pogba will certainly be missed in Turin but the club may end up better off with his departure.
