Hazard makes alarming claim about Chelsea's form this season
Chelsea star Eden Hazard has claimed that the players are worried about their season – and feel as though their title defence is repeating itself.
The Blues of course won the title under Jose Mourinho and then saw a terrible defence the season after – leading to the players being questioned and Mourinho himself getting the axe – and the same rumours are now doing the rounds when it comes to Antonio Conte.
Hazard claimed that the players do want to do better and are obviously unhappy with the situation – and they want to try and remember the experience from two seasons ago – and are desperate not to repeat it.
He said to Sky Sports: “It is similar because the year before we won the title and then it is different, it is a little more complicated.
“We just want to play, to be happy on the pitch. I don’t see people sad in training. We are all happy, we just want to win games.
“In football when you win games you are happy. Sometimes in bad moments you lose games – people can be a little bit sad but we are professionals.
“We have the experience from two years ago so now we want to be better.”
