Didier Drogba has been shining as a pundit on the BBC’s World Cup coverage, but there is one thing different about him – his hair.
The former Chelsea striker is a legendary player, and the early signs are that he could be equally as good as an analyst.
But the long, dark locks that he became known for during his career are no more. He has a shaven head, and people are struggling to get their heads around it.
First observation of the day. Didier Drogba looks weird bald.— Steven Mill (@stevenmill) June 16, 2018
Since when has Drogba been bald!? Wtf— Jack Curtis (@jcurtiscom) June 16, 2018
Don't think ill ever get used to Didier Drogba being bald— Dan (@DannClift) June 16, 2018
He made the bold choice to change his look drastically in December last year, but because he has been away from the Premier League spotlight, some people are only just seeing what he looks like during the World Cup.
He showcased his skills next to former Arsenal Women star Alex Scott and Phil Neville, demonstrating why the referee was right to give a penalty in the France vs Australia game with the use of VAR, which Neville disagreed with.
Drogba may look different, but he is still as cool as he ever was and certainly pulls off his new style.
