Ex-Arsenal star hits back at webcam sex session reports

Former Liverpool and Arsenal star Jermaine Pennant has hit back at claims that he took part in online webcam sex sessions with his wife Alice Goodwin.

His wife is known for her modelling as well as spending time on Babestation but claims took a hefty turn this week when the Sun claimed that her and Pennant had recorded themselves live on webcam for a paying audience.

The pair were reportedly charging 6 pound an hour but that was quickly refuted by the player, who released a statement via an interview with the Mirror.

“Calling me a porn star and putting it on the front page of their paper is just a joke,” he explained.

“The problem is that some people will actually believe that I’m in the porn industry.

“I’ve not had a perfect life but I’m not and will never be a porn star, it’s laughable, I’m a married man living with my wife and step-daughter.

“In fact the major concern for me and Alice is the influence all of this has on family and friends.

“Our lawyers are dealing with the situation now, this kind of thing needs to stop, just because I’m seen as an easy target doesn’t give anyone the right to write stories like that.”

The Englishman racked up 55 appearances for Liverpool and also spent the early years of his career at Arsenal.

Though, his career certainly didn’t go to plan thanks to a bad reputation, which most recently landed him at Bury and Billericay Town, whom he also left this week.

Safe to say, Pennant and Alice Goodwin are not happy in the slightest and we will likely hear more should they pursue the Sun legally.
