Chelsea star Eden Hazard has pleaded with Belgian international teammate Romelu Lukaku to stop scoring for Manchester United and save his form for the World Cup.
The pair were teammates at Stamford Bridge before Lukaku joined Everton in 2014, before switching to United in the summer in a staggering £90million deal.
Now Hazard and Lukaku are locked in a battle for Champions League qualification, and the Blues man wants his friend to stop getting in the way.
BETWAY HAVE YOU COVERED
“If I have something to say to Romelu – Romelu, stop scoring goals now, score goals for Belgium in the national team for the World Cup please,” he joked.
Lukaku scores in last week’s win for the Red Devils over Hazard’s Chelsea, and he is in line to face Crystal Palace on Monday night.
