Chelsea join race for rival Premier League star
Chelsea have joined the race to sign Arsenal star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, according to The Sun.
The midfielder, 23, is currently in limbo over his future, with frustrations growing over his current situation with the Gunners.
Manchester City and Liverpool are believed to be tracking him, but the England man is not giving up on his career at the Emirates Stadium. He is currently seeking assurances over his future under Arsene Wenger.
Wenger opted to change the system at Arsenal towards the end of last season, meaning Oxlade-Chamberlain had to play out of position at wing-back, in front of a back three.
He has been at the club since 2011, joining from Southampton and going on to make 194 appearances, 129 in the Premier League.
It would be a good betting tip to suggest he will stay, given Arsenal may be reluctant to sell to a domestic rival.
