Chelsea identify Serie A winger as possible Hazard replacement
Chelsea are preparing a £45million bid for Napoli star Lorenzo Insigne as speculation mounts over the future of Eden Hazard, per The Sun.
Hazard has been linked with a record-breaking summer move to Real Madrid, and after performing so well for the Blues in helping them to the Premier League title, he may be tempted by a move to Spain.
But Insigne has also been in fine form for Napoli this term, scoring 20 goals as they qualified for the Champions League once again.
Antonio Conte worked with Insigne during his time as Italy boss, and while his priority is attempting to keep Hazard at Stamford Bridge, he sees the winger as one of only a few capable of replacing the Belgian,
The report claims Chelsea have offered their talisman a£300,000-per-week new contract in a bid to stave off interest from elsewhere.

But the fact the Blues could sign Insigne for half of what Real will supposedly spend on Hazard could be a crucial factor in their plans.
