Once the Champions League draw for the round of 16 was done, no one could wait.
The ties are mouthwatering, with Chelsea taking on old European foes Barcelona, and Real Madrid being set up for a Valentine’s Day clash with PSG.
GRAB THIS CHAMPIONS LEAGUE ACCA!
Both Manchester City and United were pleased with their respective draws, whereas Tottenham Hotspur were right to feel hard done by as they landed Juventus, despite topping a group that had Real Madrid in it.
There are of course five English teams in the knockout round, and the majority of people think there could well be an all English tie at some point – or even an English final for the first time in years.
As the New Year approaches, the matches are coming thick and fast for sides domestically, and while we have a little bit of time to ponder the results and who will go though yet, it seems that one ‘super computer’ has done it all for us.
Yep, that’s right, they’ve worked out who will be going through and by what scoreline – in each leg as well. So have a look, and if you trust the super computer, get your wallet out and have a flutter.
The results come courtesy of talkSPORT, and they’re certainly intriguing to say the very least.
