Bayern Munich have struck a deal to bring Ibrahimovic to the club this summer – but it is not Zlatan.

The German champions have brought in nine new players to the academy this summer already, including 12-year-old Adrijon Ibrahimovic, who gave his first impressions of the set up in Bavaria.

“I like it here, I have good friends here, it is nice and looks a lot of fun”, Ibrahimovic, who is no relation to his more famous namesake, said.

The youngster will play alongside others from Regensburg, Nuremberg, Hoffenheim and Berlin in the under-14s next season. They will all hope to follow in the footsteps of Thomas Müller and David Alaba in making the progression to the first team.

In terms of the first team now, Niko Kovac will be hoping to continue the Bundesliga dominance by winning an eighth-straight title, while also taking them far in the Champions League.
