Bad news for Zlatan as Man United career could be over
Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s future at Manchester United could be in doubt after suffering a serious injury against Anderlecht on Thursday.
The Swedish international fell awkwardly and jolted his knee, in which could reportedly be an ACL tear.
Now, fresh reports from ESPN FC suggest that the scans have not come back with good news and Zlatan could well face 8-9 months out through injury.
Two ruptured ligaments - a career ending injury until 1980s - in one game is horrendous. Rojo & Ibra did v well this season. Good luck lads.

That would take him past his current Manchester United deal as well as nearly half way into a new one should he chose to sign on for another year.
With Ibrahimovic not expected to play again in 2017, this comes as a huge blow the Red Devil’s who have relied upon him so heavily during the current season.
The club and player will now have to think very carefully about a new deal at the club, with Ibra already on quite a hefty wage.
Having already talked up a move to the MLS before he retires, Zlatan may now take the chance to move to the states for one final show before the curtain comes down on his illustrious career.
