Arsene Wenger has denied reports that Schalke defender Sead Kolasinac has agreed to join Arsenal.

The left-back is out of contract at the German club this summer, therefore, will be allowed leave on a free, suiting Wenger who rarely spends Christmas.
Arsenal have been linked with Kolasinac and it had been reported that he would join the Gunners on a free this summer.
But reporters put the question in front of Wenger, who dismissed any truth in Kolasinac agreeing to join Arsenal: “Nothing, nothing.
“No, we can deny that story at the moment. Nothing has been concluded with anybody.
“I think it’s important we don’t talk about transfers but about the semi-final of the FA Cup on Sunday.”
It would also be helpful – for Arsenal and everyone involved – if Wenger opened up about his future as Arsenal manager. Current and incoming players will want to know what the situation is so they can play their own future as an exiting manager always holds bearing on that.
