Arsenal star could be set for escape route this summer
Reports in France suggest Paris Saint-Germain are set to launch a bid to lure Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez to Ligue 1 this summer, per the Metro.
Sanchez, 28, is at the centre of intense speculation because his contract runs out at the end of next season. The Chilean is Arsenal’s best player, but has reportedly grown frustrated at the lack of progress from the club this season.
The Gunners were knocked out of the Champions League 10-2 on aggregate to Bayern Munich this season and are not likely to return to the competition next year as they fall behind in the race for the top four.

Having only won the FA Cup in this three year stay at the Emirates Stadium, some believe Sanchez has underachieved in the Premier League, but he could win the competition again this season.
Boss Arsene Wenger’s contract is still unannounced and Sanchez could see PSG as the perfect club to join in order to win silverware.
