Arsenal already in talks with Mesut Ozil's replacement!
Arsenal have reportedly opened talks to lure Barcelona’s forgotten man Arda Turan to the Emirates Stadium this summer, per the Daily Mirror.
The 30-year-old Turkish midfielder joined the Blaugrana from Atletico Madrid in 2015 but has failed to make an impact at the Camp Nou since.
He could be sold as part of a squad overhaul which will follow Luis Enrique’s departure as manager and the Gunners are keen to sign him.
Arsenal could be set for a summer of transition too and boss Arsene Wenger is currently working on a list of transfer targets despite not yet signing a contract beyond the end of the season.
The futures of Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil are still in the air with both players’ deals running out next summer with no sign of renewals.

It is confirmed that Arda Turan will be leaving this summer. His former club Galatasaray is interested. pic.twitter.com/PrutQBw1wa
Interest in Turan is a direct consequence od Ozil’s situation, with the German being linked with Fenerbahce in the summer. A fee of £21million, just under half of what Barcelona paid for him, could be enough to clinch his signature.
