West Ham desperate to sign Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas in JanuaryPublished September 25, 2016
West Ham are planning an audacious bid for unsettled Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
The Spanish midfielder’s plight at Stamford Bridge has been well documented so far this season, with the 29-year-old, struggling to break into Antonio Conte’s starting XI at Stamford Bridge.
Fabregas, was handed a chance to prove his worth with a starting berth in Chelsea’s 3-0 defeat to London rivals, but after a dismal performance, the midfielder suffered the humiliation of being hauled off against his former club midway through the second half at the Emirates.
According to reports from the Sunday Mirror, Fabregas is now seriously considering his options, and it’s now being claimed that West Ham boss Slaven Bilic is very interested in bringing the former Arsenal and Barcelona man to East London, with a potential move in January on the cards.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is reportedly keen to sell the Spaniard, and staying in London with the Hammers could very well appeal to the player himself.
