Wantaway Real Madrid star could be headed for £66m Liverpool move
Jurgen Klopp’s side are yet to impose their dominance on the transfer market after Mohamed Salah’s move to Anfield but that could all be about to change in the coming weeks.
Reports on Sunday claim that the Reds could make a move for Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez after the player was offered to them by super agent Jorge Mendes.
Though, the fee they were quoted is said to be in the region of £66m, something they are reportedly not willing to pay which could well cause a chain of negotiations should they pursue their interest.

Other clubs have also been cited to have an interest, with Chelsea a long-term admirer of the player having reportedly had a bid rejected for the Colombian back in the January transfer window after Oscar departed for China.
Manchester United have also reportedly been offered the chance to sign the player but are not fond on a potential £66m deal, which could force Real Madrid to lower their asking price if the player attempts to force through a move.
Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus and Inter were also contacted by Jorge Mendes in an attempt to shift the player for Real Madrid’s full asking price.
