We want to keep Premier League target, insists club vice-president
AS Monaco will do everything in their power to make sure Kylian Mbappe stays at the club this summer, according to their vice-president, per Sky.
Mbappe, 18, has shot to world fame this season with his performances in helping Monaco win the Ligue 1 title and reach the Champions League semi finals.
He scored a total of 21 goals across both competitions, sparking rumours of a move away from the Principality.
Monaco value their star at a eorld-record breaking £110million, making it likely that only a few clubs could afford him.
But the club are not giving up hope of him staying, with the likes of Tiemoue Bakayoko and Bernardo Silva attracting interest from elsewhere.
“We will take stock after the season but it is our intention that he stays,” said Vadim Vasilyev.

“We will do everything we can to keep him. It depends on the club but also the will of the player and I hope he will make the right choice to stay with us.
“I have not had discussions with any club because what the player wants is the priority.”
