VIDEO: Diego Maradona gets into fight with Sebastian Veron at charity match
Ironically, Diego Maradona and Sebastian Veron had a bust up at a match called ‘Unity for Peace’, last night.
The match, which was organised by Pope Francis, took place at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome and hosted some of the best names in football, from past and present.
However, at halftime during the contest, a war of words erupted between Argentina legend, Diego Maradona, and former Manchester United star, Juan Sebastian Veron.
The two were in each other’s faces as they walked off the pitch side by side and Maradona then lost his temper just before the tunnel.
It isn’t clear what the pair were arguing about, however, many believe it had something to do with Veron’s earlier challenge on Maradona.
