Zlatan Ibrahimovic marked his Premier League debut with a goal, as Man United comfortably beat Bournemouth 3-1 at the Vitality Stadium on Sunday.

With Paul Pogba missing out through suspension, all eyes were on the Swedish superstar, to see if the 34-year-old could repeat his heroics from United’s Community Shield victory over Leicester.

Whilst ‘Ibra’ was not always at his most effective throughout the whole ninety minues on the South Coast, he typically still managed to grab the headlines, by notching his first goal of the campaign, and Man United’s third in the match, beating Cherries keeper Artur Boruc with a long range drive into the bottom corner.

Zlatan’s goal and overall link-up play with United skipper Wayne Rooney, earned the striker praise from many on social media, including; Olympian Usain Bolt, who took a moment out of winning Gold medals in Rio, to recognise Zlatan’s brilliance.
