Sunderland have announced the signing of Joleon Lescott on a short-term deal.
The move to bring in the free agent sees under fire Black Cats boss David Moyes reunited with one of his former Everton stalwarts, but with Lescott’s star on the wane following relegation with Aston Villa, the move has been ridiculed in some quarters.
