Real Madrid superstar knows exactly who should replace him
Cristiano Ronaldo has urged Real Madrid to look into signing young Portuguese striker Andre Silva from FC Porto, per A Bola, via Sky.
The 21-year-old has impressed this season, scoring 15 goals in 24 league appearances. Real Madrid have been linked with a host of strikers ahead of the summer, but Ronaldo has seemingly found a man worth backing.
Whilst the pair are completely different players, Silva has been tipped as the man to replace Ronaldo as the talisman of the Portuguese national team. At 32, the current star attraction may soon have to think about his future.
Despite a shock win at Euro 2016 last summer, there is uncertainty over where the team go after Ronaldo retires, but the man himself seems to have the answer and believes his club would benefit too.
Premier League sides Arsenal and Manchester United have also been linked in the past, per Metro, but Los Blancos could well be in the driving seat in the race for his signature.
