Neymar's father sensationally tells him which Premier League side to join
Neymar has long been linked with a move to the Premier League, and now it seems his father has suggested that is exactly what should happen.
Despite being part of arguably the best front three in the world at Barcelona, it seems Neymar’s father feels he could have a better career elsewhere, and would build his brand in the Premier League.
According to reports, the forward could make the move to Manchester United on that advice, with Neymar’s father, who is also his adviser, claiming Jose Mourinho’s side are the ideal fit.
You’d have to imagine any move would be contingent on Man United reaching the Champions League next season or the season after, which of course can be achieved with a win over Ajax in the final on Wednesday.
United are looking to bring in a world class forward star this summer, and have been linked with a host of top names around the world – including a fair few in La Liga, with James, Gareth Bale, Antoine Griezmann and now Neymar all mooted.
To play under Jose Mourinho would also be a huge lure for Neymar, who has had much publicised rows with the current coaching staff at Barcelona – including the man who’s been tipped to take over from Luis Enrique as the next manager.
Of course, any move would probably smash the world record transfer fee, and United would be looking upwards of the £100 million mark.
