Manchester City and Arsenal battle it out for Juventus teenagerPublished November 2, 2016
Manchester City and Arsenal are preparing to go to war for football’s next big thing, according to TalkSPORT. Juventus attacker Moise Kean is 16-years-old and hungry to further his development. An underage international for Italy, he’s being called the new Mario Balotelli. And yes, that’s a compliment.
Aside from a resemblance to the Nice striker, Kean and Balotelli also have the same agent in common. The notorious Mino Raiola represents the prodigy and could push him into moving away from Turin – especially if it’s appealing financially. Pep Guardiola apparently doesn’t like Raiola but is willing to put differences aside to secure the prospect.
Prolific for Juventus underage teams, Kean has consistently delivered playing against opponents who are several years older than him. He was included in the club’s Serie A squad to face Udinese last month and, while he wasn’t summoned from the bench, it’s only a matter of time until he makes his senior debut.
Whether that will be for an Italian team or an English one remains to be seen.
