Liverpool target refuses to rule out summer switch
Lucas Moura has out Liverpool on red alert after admitting he is open to leaving Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
According to IB Times, Jurgen Klopp is an admirer of Lucas and the club is close to lodging a £30m bid for the winger.
Lucas scored 19 goals and made 11 assists for PSG last season as they were pipped to the Ligue 1 title by Monaco.
Manchester United came close to signing Lucas prior to his move to Paris in 2012, but we believe Inter Milan are willing to challenge Liverpool for his signature this time around.
However, the 24-year-old has 3-years remaining on his current contract.
Should Liverpool land Roma’s Mohammed Salah it is clear Klopp wants to inject more speed into his already quick attack for the upcoming season.
Liverpool could potentially be a counter-attacking unit when domestic football returns in August.
