Liverpool-bound Naby Keita handed three-match ban for Mané esque high foot
RB Leipzig midfielder has been suspended for three games following his red card for a high foot at the weekend.
The midfielder, who has already agreed to join Liverpool next summer, caught Gladbach midfielder Christoph Kramer in the face with a dangerously high-foot. The challenge left the German international requiring on-pitch treatment as blood streamed from his face.
Ironically, it was very similar to Sadio Mané’s high foot on Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson just two weeks ago.

After seeing this we no longer doubt Keita being suited to Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool. However, being suspended is no good.
Hopefully, by the time he’s a Premier League player, Keita will know the rights and wrongs of the game.
