Kylian Mbappe agrees personal terms with European giant over mega money move
Kylian Mbappe is set to leave Monaco this summer after PSG agreed personal terms with the player and must now agree what will be a mega money deal with their Ligue 1 rivals.
There has been much speculation surrounding the future of Kylian Mbappe, predominantly following his performances last season both in Ligue 1 and the Champions League.
Since performing so brilliantly in the top European competition at only the age of 18-years-old, all of the biggest clubs in world football are attempting to agree a deal to bring the French sensation to their club.
That has certainly not been easy though, with AS Monaco so desperately trying to keep hold of their new Thierry Henry but there have been suggestions over the past couple of weeks that Mbappe has chosen to leave the club and has formally asked for a move
Now, that looks to have been the key factor in the player leaving with reports in France suggesting that Paris Saint Germain have agreed personal terms with the player and all that now needs to be agreed is the transfer fee.
Though, that is certainly easier said than done after the Neymar Jr transfer, with even PSG having a certain budget when it comes to transfer spending and a €222m transfer certainly derails that.
Not least that, but compliance with Financial Fair Play rules must surely be impossible if they spend another €180m on Kylian Mbappe, but yet, rumours seem to persist which suggests that club know they have some way around it.
Safe to say, this one could get interesting in the next few weeks.
