FIFA 17: Only one Manchester United player is ranked lower than Marcus RashfordPublished September 15, 2016
Manchester United prodigy, Marcus Rashford, might not be so impressed with the latest installment of the world renowned EA Sports FIFA video game.
FIFA 17 will be released in North America on 27 September, two days before its worldwide release on 29 September, but judging by the latest player ratings, United’s teenage sensation won’t be rushing to the shops to purchase a copy.
Rashford was rated at 59 before his debut last season, though the youngster’s exploits during the second half of the season saw the overall rating raised mid-season.
But, if you expected the 18-year-old to have improved dramatically, then think again.
Marcus Rashford is rated at 76, with only youngster Timothy Fosu-Mensah ranked below him, as far as the ‘first team’ setup is concerned, whilst Zlatan Ibrahimovic, David De Gea and Paul Pogba lead the way for United with the best overall ratings,
Before EA Sports revealed his new rating they got team-mate Anthony Martial to have a guess, as well as inviting Rashford to predict how Martial’s stats would look.
Take a look at the video below.
