Chelsea to hijack Bundesliga deal for French wonderkid?
Chelsea are set to launch a bid in excess of £50million in order to lure Kingsley Coman to Stamford Bridge from Juventus, per Metro.
The 22-year-old is currently impressing on loan at Bayern Munich, having joined on a two-year deal last season with a view to a £17million permanent transfer.
While Bayern are expected to take up that deal, it expires at the end of April. Antonio Conte is a huge fan of the Frenchman and is attempting to sneak in and sign him under the German side’s noses.
A move to the Premier League may appeal to Coman, especially if he is joining the champions as Chelsea look like being come the end of the season.
Carlo Ancelotti has used him sparingly this season, only starting him six times in the Bundesliga. The Blues could be set to lose Eden Hazard this summer, with the Belgian a reported target for Real Madrid, per the Daily Star.
Coman would have big boots to fill if he came in as a replacement.
