Barcelona to spend £190m on two world-class talents: Catalan side to spend Neymar cash very wisely indeed
Barcelona are on the verge of signing Philippe Coutinho, as growing reports have the Liverpool star heading to La Liga. This comes shortly after Paris Saint Germain paid a whopping £198m for Neymar, leaving Barca with an excess of cash to bring in another top Brazilian.
The Spanish club made Coutinho as their top target, according to the Daily Star, and are ready to spend £120m. Despite Jurgen Klopp repeatedly saying his 25-year-old playmaker is not for sale, the Reds will find it difficult to turn down this potential offer.

The Brazilian committed his future to Anfield until 2022, after putting pen to paper on a five-year contract during the previous January transfer window.
Barcelona made their original bid for £70m, but expected to make a deal that could make Coutinho the second most expensive player in history, following his Brazilian teammate Neymar.
The club has their sites on another impact player, looking to add Borussia Dortmund’s Ousmane Dembele. The Catalan club are believed to pay £70m for the gifted 20-year-old Frenchman, adding another creative and versatile player to the squad.
Dembele moved to Borussia Dortmund last summer after breaking out of the French league with Stade Rennais. He scored six goals last season in the German Bundesliga, and registered 12 assists, becoming a key player for the Yellow and Black.
